T4 results

Hi could someone what it means if your t4 result is 11 ?

Do you have the ranges for this. Each lab has different ranges

Or any other results?

TSH, FT3 or thyroid antibodies

Vitamin D, folate, ferritin or B12 as well are helpful

No just doctors receptionist told me this today , and said doctor would like to see me so was just wondering if it was high or something .

Pop into GP practice next week and collect printed copy of recent results

You are legally entitled to your own blood test results

You would have to put the ranges after the 11. Ranges are in brackets after the results.

Hi I was tested for over active thyroid this and was told the range should be between 11-24. Mine was very slightly higher than yours at 11.7. I was told I was borderline and to re test again in 3 months. Are you getting any symptoms? I am getting numbness in my fingers especially the tips, feel very tired and my hair has gone thin and virtually disappeared off everywhere apart from my head (thank goodness). x

Hi I am feeling extremely tired my hair is coming out and very brittle . I’m just not feeling right in myself! X
