Private endo's

Hi everyone. Im looking for some recommendations for private endo's in Wales (and further afield if needs be as I am willing to travel). I have been refered via the nhs from my gp, but the wait is 8 months long and I fear they will send me to the endo I currently see for my diabetes (who I do not want to see as I don't feel he can or will help me). I did request to be referred to Cardiff as was told of a great professor there but my gp told me i had to stay in Newport clinics (I did actually speak to a professors secretary and she told me they could of referred me to him but they have chose not to). I was going to chase it up and push to see him with the knowledge of that but then your talking another year of battling and getting no where. So I have decided to save up and go private because I can't live like this much longer. Most of the professors I was told about are on the nhs list so I'm looking for advice on anyone who is good on the private list.
