Thanks, mourneadventurer . The first couple of interviews I listened to were thin on substance, but the quality really picked up. I'm glad you are finding it helpful. Ben Lynch is being interviewed today on the Heavy Metals summit, as well. Lots of information to take in!

It makes a huge difference when the practitioner is speaking from personal experience. Upon reading the Dirty Genes book I’ve realised that the sequencing of cleaning up the 7 key genes is important. Now to try to put into action!
