Hi all, I take 150mcg levo and starting T3 at 10mcg, are they ok to take together?

Yes, it is fine to take them together and you have a freer life in that you don't have to worry about taking a second dose late or stomach is empty etc etc.

I wish you well on your new combo dose. I think you know to take them on an empty stomach with one glass of water and wait an hour before eating? :)

Thankyou yes I take my Levo on an empty stomach with just water and I wait 2-3 hours before eating just to be safe

1 hour is usually sufficient.

Just to clarify I was diagnosed hypothyroid 2011, on various doses of Levo before being given T3.

Symptoms are dizziness, constipation, dry skin, tiredness , loss of concentration

There is a lot of clinical symptoms and hopefully yours will begin to be relieved. I have read that a combination of T4/T3 should be on a 3 to 1 basis. Go to page 80.
