Hi. I am struggling to understand I have a underactive thyroid and take 200 dose a day I have had a result 0.010 what does this mean please

Thyroid result? Confused underactive

I presume you are talking about the TSH. It doesn't mean anything much. The TSH should never be used on it's own, either to diagnose or to dose. Could mean you're on a sufficient dose, but you would need to see your FT4 and FT3 to check.

I'm sorry I take 200mcg a day...a free T4 test result showing 0.010 ? And my operation I was booked in for on Monday...told today I can't have it?

Untill levels are sorted?
