Can I take 100mg levothyroxine one day and 50 mg the next day as I can't get the brand I want in 75mg .many hanks

Yes. Some people notice a difference, but many don't

T4 is storage hormone.

In theory you can take a full weeks dose all in one go. Personally I would not like to try it!

You could get a pill cutter and cut into half then half again to make up the 75mcg. Your method shouldn’t make much of a difference. Try it and see how you feel. This condition is all about tweeking to your individual needs.
