Confused
Hi fauzia123, things are alot quieter here due to the christmas period and alot of people will be with family or visiting- i think things will pick up more after today and many regulars will be back online, please dont despair just hang on in there. Someone will reply.🎁🎄
Yesterday was Christmas Day and most members will not be on the forum.
I will look at your question you posted. Everyone on the forum is a volunteer and I expect they are with their families (or visiting them) over the next week, up until after the New Year.
Your question gave no information. Why would anyone reply?
Just has a look back at your orevious posts and see you haven't had many suggestions. I'm sorry about that but I thing there is a little loss in communication plus we are not familiar in how your country treats a thyroid condition. Yes your results are suggesting you may have a problem in the future but won't get treatment now but that's me speaking about how you would be treated here.
So let's step back a bit. How long have you been feeling like this?
What made you look at thyroid problems? Maybe a friend suggested it but do you have a family history? Doctors are more likely to listen if close family members are being treated. But I also appreciated your country may feel differently.
It is also possible it's not the Thyroid that is at fault but may be something else that can also affect your thyroid. So looking at that have you been tested for other deficiencies like Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin. These four help the Thyroid to work better so by improving these you could get your thyroid working better but also they help you general health which may be where your problem lies. Vitamin D is often found low in counties who don't see much sun but I am assuming you do see the sun but if you have dark dikin you may not be able to absorp it properly and so need to supplement. Our doctors are generally useless at things like this but hopefully yoursxmay we'll be better but still good to get things checked and improved where necessary.
Have you any other problems are other family problems that might give us an idea where to go next.
So sorry for asking so many questions but your posts, even though a cry for help, didn't say much about you so not easy to give a helpful reply.
Hello Fauzia
How are you now?
Have you found a doctor that will help you?
Do you have any details of your Vitamin D test results?
What dose of Vitamin D did your Doctor give you?
Are you on any treatment for your Thyroid yet?
Thnx mary for yr concern.no single doctr in pakistan gave me treatmnt for thyroid.my vit d level is 7 and doctr gave me injextion.doctr gv me treatmnt of depression and anxiety.what to do
I would personally not take treatment for Anxiety and Dexpression.
What was the injection for?
You need high doses of Vitamin D tablets over several weeks to begin with and then daily maintenance dose every day.
Is there a hospital you can go to? Try and see a different Doctor?
Is there any medical centre anywhere near you that you can attend?
You can also put a new post on Thyroid forum and say something like:
With reference to previous posts: and then add your Vitamin D result and all results you have . Add your symptoms and say how doctors won't help. Ask if anyone can advise what you can do next or how you can get help.
Have you thought of contacting the World Health Organisation by email or phone? I wonder if anyone there can help.
I will send you a private message later today.
Keep in touch.
