Where can I get desiccated thyroid without a prescription? My BP is out of control and instead of fixing the real problem they want to keep adding BP meds which don’t help at all!

Welcome Kasob. Sorry to hear the problem you are experiencing.
Do you have your latest thyroid blood test results? Your GP should've checked your TSH, Ft4 & Ft3. You need to post the ranges too ( they are the numbers in brackets) You may find your doctor only does a TSH blood test.
What other symptoms & signs are you experiencing that makes you feel its a thyroid problem?
If you can tell us more infomation it helps other members to have greater understanding of your situation.
Are you taking magnesium ? I have read it can help blood pressure - which is often caused due to a tension in the arteries - magnesium is a relaxant. Blood pressure is symptomatic of something else going on in the body and not a condition in its own right - in most cases

For full evaluation you ideally need TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, TPO and TG antibodies, plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested
See if you can get full thyroid and vitamin testing from GP. Unlikely to get FT3
Private tests are available

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results
