Levothyroxine 25 microgram - ONE ALTERNATE DAYS
I have been one the same dose for over 10 years. Many symptoms have improved except for tiredness. I think tiredness might have even got worse.
I would have thought that having Hashimoto’s the dose would have changed.
Is it a high dose that I’m on?

Have you had B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD tested ? If low in range they could be the cause of your fatigue ....

No, your dose averages out to 112.5mcg which is not a high dose. If you post your recent thyroid results and ranges we can advise whether you are optimally dosed.
