I would be absolutely amazed if it were not referred to as "liothyronine" or, just possibly and rather sloppily, "Cytomel" (regardless of actual make and branding).
Afraid I have no idea if it is available. Quite possibly you might find walking round the pharmacies and asking as easy as any other approach.
No according to my friend in Saidi Arabia, who tried there Oman, Qatar and the U.A.E.
