I think people might need a little more information in order to be able to help. How did you become hypo? Did you have a thyroidectomy? RAI? Do you have any recent labs you can post - TSH, FT4, FT3? How do you know you're now hypo if they haven't been done?

Its so common, it's almost "normal" to be hypo after treatment for hyper.

Inevitable if you had complete thyroidectomy or RAI

I was never medicated for hyperthyroid.... because it was borderline .... however I did 7 years ago develop Graves’ disease as a consequence of hyperthyroid and end up with a major operation for that on my left eye. ..,,, I have now been put on levothyroxine for hypothyroid .... after a blood test T4..., been on it a week now. ..... the only thing I notice is sometimes I feel light headed ...
