Hi, I had a blood test 2 weeks ago which indicated that my thyroid was underactive. Test has been repeated this week and its normal. Have I had a miracle happen to me or is this common? Not been given any medication. Thanks in advance

TSH is just measuring one hormone and sometimes they do just seem to correct themselves.
I haven't had thyroid problems in the past - B12 deficiency is my main condition which has an overlap with thyroid - but have had some thyroid results come back showing low - they were both taken after a massive migraine where I'd spent 24 hours throwing up - and I have an absorption problem which could possibly affect how much iodine I'm absorbing from my food so my GP is humouring me and running an antibodies test before assuming that I need to go on medication.
I have had 2 blood test, 2 weeks apart. First showing low thyroid levels, second one this week showing normal levels.
I'm going back to GPs today to see where we go from here.
I'm 49, tired, struggling to concentrate, have little appetite but still struggling with weight. My whole persona is not me, I'm a go getta, sort it out kind of petson usually, but the last 12 months have been different
