Hi All,
My folate level has come back as 6.4 (3.0-20.0) any advise on supplements and where best to get them to up this a little, B12 on 660 (180-914) so not to bad.

Kev - best way is a good B Complex, look at Thorne Basic B which is highly recommended here. Just google for best price.
