To answer that I'd like to see your vitamin B12 and folate blood test results. It's important to address both together.

You were advised to check for signs of B12 Deficiency and post on the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum if you had any.

Your B12 is as much of a problem, if not more, than your folate level.

I'm not sure if just a folate supplement or a B Complex would be best.
