What a miserable experience.
Do you have the results of any blood tests that you can post here, complete with ranges, so that people can make suggestions for you.
Well, if that is how a 'healer' puts confidence into his patient you are better to read and ask questions' on the forum.
If you have had a blood test for thyroid hormones can you get a print-out of the results with the ranges and post on a new question for comments.
If you haven't had a test, it has to be at the very earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water, and if you were taking thyroid hormones, you'd allow a 24 hour gap between dose and test and take it afterwards.
Ask GP to test your thyroid hormones and also B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as all have to be optimum. Thyroid should be TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. GP or lab may not do all of them but you can, if you wish, get a private blood test for the ones GP will not do.
