I presume you mean Thybon Henning Liothyronine? That is T3 which is the active hormone every cell in our bodies need.

Levothyroxine is T4 which is the inactive hormone and our bodies need to convert it to T3.

Some people do well on Levothyroxine as their bodies convert it well. Some people can't convert it very well and do better when taking T3.
