Hashimoto

I would like to share a book that I'm actually reading. The title is "How to heal Hashimoto's" author Marc Ryan. Marc Ryan who suffered from Hashimoto's is a licenced acupuncturist and herbalist. I start getting a lots of information from the tests that need to be done to what to eat and not to eat. What water is the best to drink. Avoiding fluorine in toothpaste, chlorine in the water. This is a life changing habits. Worth to make the changes. I had been suffering from Hashimoto's for years, switching sometimes from hypo to hyper. This book is full of information including Chinese medicine approach. Thank you,
