Every morning I'm up around 5.00am I don't know how i will feel IE tired,limps/ muscles aching, sore calf muscle from cramp during night ,shaky, foggy mind, feeling of not being here and lack of concentration generally out of sorts and very rarely. I may feel normal maybe one day in six months.GP doesn't seem to understand what goes on with patients who have thyroid issues and the above symptoms.
I would be happy to receive feed back from anyone who has been in this situation and gota resolution.

Just read your last post a couple of years ago. Did you get your vitamin levels tested and what were the results. Also, what are your latest thyroid blood test results? If you post them here with ranges people will give their opinions based on their experience.
Geffers: go asap and have new blood tests done. Be sure to fast before (water OK) and no thyroid meds for 24 hours before test. When you get those results create a NEW post with results line by line and ranges (in brackets) make sure to have free T3 and free T4, as well as TSH, and ferritin, folate, B12 and D3 (as you are likely deficient in at least one of these if not more!). Your GP clearly doesn't have a clue so do consider finding another going forward. X rusty
First, if you haven't had a recent blood test make an appointment and it has to be at the very earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose and the test and take afterwards.
Ask GP for TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate. (He may not be able to do FT4 and FT3 as labs may not do so but you can get them privately if you can afford it).
Get a print-out from the surgery with the ranges and post on a new question for responses.
It's time you had a review of your thyroid hormones. You should be well by now if you were given the right dose and the right hormones.
