Is my ferritin low?

My result was Serum ferritin91 ng/mL22 - 275ng/mL. Do you think that is low enough to supplement? If so, what should I take?

I don't think you need to supplement iron with ferritin 91.

Ok, thanks for looking for me. Just thought I would check as some said halfway would be optimum.

Yes it is but there's unlikely to be any problem with ferritin >90.
