Hi I'm Karen. 56 but feel 86. Have had low thyroid levels for years. Taking Levothyroxin 225mcg. Still suffering from extreme fatigue. I live in the UK.

Can you please post your latest thyroid test results, with reference ranges, for members to try and help. If you don't have them pop along to your surgery and ask for a print out, you are legally entitled to them under the Data Protection Act although there may be a small charge for paper and ink.

If you've had vitamins and minerals tested, post those too, and have you been tested for antibodies?

FT3 (unlikely to have been done)

TPO and TG antibodies

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin
