Returned t3

Ordered some t3 from Greece and been onto Royal Mail tracking and says being returned to sender

Anyone else had this ?

Somebody reported that recently with a supplier in Mexico. If it's being returned to sender, I hope they're willing to send out a replacement to you after they've logged the receipt of it.

Yes I have, apparently it was a software glitch and our parcels are on their way. I ordered mine on April 4th still no sign. When I emailed they said the parcels had been held for 7-14 days at Heathrow but they didn't know why. In the meantime we wait😏
