I am not optimal on 45mgs of wpthroid. So I started increasing by about 22mgs. A few days later I was getting bad headaches for a few days. Then I went back to 45mgs and all is well again. My tsh is 2.0. Should I have increased by less? Thx

22mgs wasn't excessive but it obviously was too much for you. If you halve the dose it may be more tolerable.
