It's under treated hypothyroidism which causes fatigue but low ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate also cause fatigue so it may be worth asking your GP to test.

May not be relevant to you but I am a bit better on levo just using one brand . I had 25wockhardk and 50 actavis. Found itching gone having dropped wockhardk. Less muscle pain and better sleep .

Using alternate day doses so same dose otherwise
