Gb57 I'd say many of us have had our dose reduced and felt a lot worse for it.

Why was your dose reduced?

Do you have your thyroid test results, with reference ranges, to share? Post them for members to comment. Along with any vitamin and mineral test results you may have.

Gb57 Ask your surgery for a print out of your results, make sure the reference ranges are included. You are legally entitled to them under the Data Protection Act, so just ask for them, post them on the forum for members to comment. Let's see where your levels lie.

I see you are being advised by the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum regarding your B12 deficiency so they are best places to help you regarding that.

Yes this happened to me I used to be on 125 for years then they increased it to 150 for a few months then reduced it so I take 125 then 100 on alternate days. Don't feel very good now but they tell me the dose is correct so don't know what to do now.

elaine1961 The same advice aplies to you as to Gb57 above. Ask for a copy of your results, with reference ranges, and make a new thread for members to comment.

Most doctors dose by TSH alone whereas FT4 and FT3 really should be tested too, also they ignore how we feel, which is very wrong.
