suresh there's no information on your Profile. I don't know, but assume, you have hypothyroidism.
The two most important tests are Free T4 and Free T3, but it would be good if your doctor could do a Full Thyroid Function Test, TSH, T4, T3, FT4 and FT3 and antibodies. Also B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
Anxiety and Depression can be common with hyopothyriodism which may well be due to low T3. Levothyroxine is inactive hormone which converts to T3. If you don't have an optimum of levo, then your T3 (the active hormone required in our receptor cells and brain contains the most) may be too low to make you feel well. I shall give a link below of clinical symptoms. If you take thyroid hormones these are clinical symptoms which should be alleviated when on a sufficient dose or sometimes the doctor can add some T3 (liothyronine) to T4. Also both B12 and Vit D are pro-hormones rather than vitamins and are essential to be optimum.

If our body lacks sufficient T3 everything in our body is affected.
Doctors are happy if our tests are 'in range' but that's o.k. (I believe) for people who've not yet been diagnosed but if diagnosed everything has to be optimum, not low or middle of range.
