Hi could someone please help me to understand what I can do about my folate? GP said I would benefit from over the counter folate supplement but nothing prescribed to me yet. Thank you

You could indeed. Go for methylfolate rather than folic acid.

Dana1 Don't do anything about folate supplementation until you have had your under range B12 investigated by your GP and taken advice from the PA forum as linked to in my reply to your B12 thread.
