im looking at adding magnolia bark to lower cortsiol as cannot afford relora any longer as its costing over £20 per week on that alone
ive searched and searched and cannot find a safe dose for magnolia bark but have seen it lowers cortisol and is allso in relora but the amount is not listed relora is a 300mg tablet
all i can find on magnolia bark are 400mg tablets and im hoping to add at least 1 to each high so 1600mg a day minimum
