Are you taking Thyroid meds, and if so, how much?

You don't seem to have inflammation, but your ferritin is highish... have you been supplementing iron? I'd stop if So.

Up your b12 supplementation to get it to 500 at least. Folate, supplement too.

You already know you have Hashis.

I am taking ERFA 2 tablets daily, they are 35mcg of T4 and 9mcg of T3.

I don't take any iron so unsure why that is high.

I will start taking B12 and Folate to get levels up.

I know I have Hashis and am trying gluten free. What else can I do?

The doctor I was seeing in London has dissapeared so am trying to work it all out.

Your ferritin is only slightly over the top of the range so I wouldn't worry about it. Your antibodies are high, have you thought about going gluten free, it helped me. Your folate is low and your B12 too low. Methylcobalamin tablets (Jarrows on Amazon) will help and a good Vit B complex should help folate too. Your Vit D is good.

The doc may be concerned about your TSH but there is no need to be as your T4 and T3 are within range and possibly on the low side, like mine which means I still have some symptoms.
