Adding t3

Hi. Does anyone know how long it takes to see the improvement having introduced 15mqT3 TO 75 levo? I have added t3 today. Any info on t3 would be great? How long does it take to work?

I think everyone is different. I took 5mcg t3 for a week or so and saw no dramatic difference but almost as soon as I went up to 10 I dropped a bunch of water weight and my constipation resolved more or less overnight.

It's certainly not a quick fix. Depends on how our bodies react. I hope you will feel a difference in a few days.T3 is also called liothyronine and is the Active Thyroid Hormone which levothyroxine T4 converts to. Levo is longer lasting but Lio is absorbed quickly but it's effect lasts between 1 to 3 days.

You must take both on an empty stomach with a full glass of water and don't eat for about an hour.
