Early afternoon cortisol 126 nmols - Too low??

My endo has suggested putting me on a small amount of hydrocortisone because he said my cortisol is a bit low.

I already have Secondary hypothyroidism. Might this be the start of secondary adrenal insufficiency?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks as usual.
