stopping meds

i took my 40mcg T3 before shopping today and my pulse has been between 80-100 since

im really hot

tired

feel off

feel sick

how long is safe to sto T3 to get it out my system enough to start over very low

You can reduce dose without stopping T3 but as your TSH was previously high on 40mcg T3 I'm not sure why you want to do this. T3 will be completely out of your system two weeks after your last dose.

A normal adult resting heart beat is between 60-100 heartbeats per minute. It's quite normal for pulse rate to increase 60-90 minutes after taking T3 and it will normally drop back within another 60-90 minutes.

ive decided to try back on tiromel

once my heart rate increases it dont slow back down and then anxiety hits so its a no win battle then i land up taking propranolol

ive taken 25mcg and will take 12.5 and 12.5 later and see how i go

ive not done well on liothyronine since day one and did well on tiromel until endo said i was over medicated at 62.5mcg and that was causing my anxiety and prescribed 40mcg liothyronine

then increased liothyronine because of low T4

There are several members who don't do well on Mercury Pharma Liothyronine but do well on Tiromel or Uni-Parma.

all i can do is hope, my anxiety has been so bad lately with how ill ive been feeling, i have diazepam but dont like to take it unless i really need it then i only take 2.5mg and go from there, ive not tried uni parma

i took 50mcg tiromel 25, 12.5 12.5 yesterday and it was weird, i didnt feel good but i didnt feel as bad as i did on liothyronine, i need need a beta blocker early evening but things settled pretty fast

puse elevated to day but no feeling great

now to try and get tiromel
