Off carbimozole for 4 weeks. When could symptoms come back?

I've had hyperthyroidism/graves disease for about 4 years.

I've been advised by my specialist to come off carbimozole to see whether I'm in remission, which I did 4 weeks ago.

This is the second time I've done this but this time I believe I'm getting symptoms much quicker. Muscle weakness, fatigue, intolerance to exercise, slight tremors. Is it possible after such a short amount if time? I'm going for bloods later in the week.

KAstroph81,

It is possible that thyroid levels have risen 4 weeks after stopping Carbimazole. The blood test will confirm whether you are symptomatic because of rising levels.
