I have been told that I am hyperthyroid and my levels are high, I've been prescribed 20mg Carbimazole and 40mg propronal 3x daily

I'm seeing the Endo in the morning, what questions do I need to ask him?

Ask him to test your antibodies - if this hasn't already been done - to see if you have Graves, or if you're just in a 'hyper' phase of Hashi's.

Thank you, I will ask them to test for this

My TSH is <0.01 and T4 is 32 and they have booked USS and FNA

This all means nothing to me , any advise would be greatly received

I'm sorry, I can't really help you, I have no experience of this. I think a USS is an ultra sound, where they look at your gland to see what's going on. And an FNA is to do a biopsy. But, that's all I know. Sorry.
