Granuloma rash and thyroid problems

Has anyone been diagnosed with this type of rash who has hashimotos?

I had this recurring on my hands before being diagnosed hypothyroid. I have not had a recurrence since being adequately medicated with NDT . I was never given a cause for this condition which used to drive me mad itching .

I had this on the palm of my hand a few years ago. It cleared up on its own and I was told it was to do with having Hashimoto's.
