Corsitol results - any suggestions

Hello I've just had results for corsitol levels ...

I got tested at 10 am and my results came back as 368nmol/L

CAN ANYONE HELP TO MAKE SENSE OF THESE RESULTS THANKS .

Do you not have a range for that? Means nothing without the range.

The range is the numbers, in brackets, after the result. Could be, fir exampl, 368 (194 - 450), or something like that.

I've had big adrenals problems in the past. I think 368 is very low. I know how I got my adrenals up - hydrocortisone - but not sure I would recommend that route. Magnesium has come to light for me recently which is known to help support all sorts including adrenals. More people here will probably know how to support adrenals naturally.Good luck x

Did u have to get ur cortisol levels tested also?

I got full bloods taken for symptoms of tiredness , dizziness and sore joints / muscles ... 😁

i've had quite a few synacthan tests which are for cortisol levels.
