Any thoughts or advice most welcome! I have been waking most nights at 4 am , wide awake, and high BP.

Hi seamail, adrenal function is very important since they control so many other functions like blood pressure and produce steroids, sex hormones, etc. When cortisol is high, thyroid is low and yours appears to be high. After a lot of time in this fight or flight situation, you will have low cortisol. If you have time to listen....
