TSH 5.5 indicates you are under medicated and dose should be increased. This is the most likely reason you have musculoskeletal pain in your legs and hips, but as I mentioned in your previous post low ferritin and low vitamin D can also cause muscular pain and it is worth asking for them to be checked.
