Afternoon guys I just brought up thick yellow phlegm with a tiny bit of faint blood then I was bringing up tonnes of loose saliva n had tiny bits of blood in my saliva then had a drink off water/juice n it cleared this is the 1st time in 4/5 months I last had a tiny bit of faint blood in my saliva anyone know what's causing my phlegm to be thick yellow & faint blood in my saliva?

Sounds like you might have a chest infection. See a doctor and show him/her the picture.
