The NHS would say fine, but you can't really tell anything without free T4 and free T3 as well. It's unlikely that you have primary hypo at the moment with that TSH result, but you could have central or secondary, or be on the way to becoming primary hypo.

I shall also link to signs/symptoms which you can complete too. In the UK doctors are advised to wait until the TSH is 10 and that might never happen. Some prescribe above 5 with symptoms but not all.

Your doctor should also check antibody levels.
