Newly Diagnosed

Hi I have recently been diagnosed with a very over active thyroid and have been put on 20mgs of Carbimazole. I was wondering whether anyone has any advice for me. My breasts have been painful, iv had lower back pain, bloated and I haven't gotten my period this month, frequent headaches and abdominal cramping. I still had my period before I started the medication, Im not preg it was a neg.

Any help would be kindly appreciated.

I'm hypothyroid so cannot help but others will respond who have/had hyperthyroidism.
