Kjc1tisdell, folate is fine, you don't need to supplement but there's a small dose of folic acid in the B50 to maintain folate. B50 also contains B6 so you don't need extra B6 either.
Kate, folate is B9. Too much B6 can cause tingling and tremors but 50mg is unlikely to be too high a dose. Stop taking the B50 for a few days and see whether the tingling stops.
And I'd say 50 mg of B6 is far too much. Although usually the references suggest that 100 mg can be tolerated, some people seem to suffer on lower doses. Especially if taken every day and if they have any other sources of B6.
