NatureGirl, it's usual to check thyroid levels 6-8 weeks after starting Levothyroxine and after dose adjustments. If you're not feeling any better since starting Levothyroxine ask for a thyroid test in case you need a dose increase. Arrange an early morning test when TSH is highest, and fast (water only) as TSH drops post-prandially.

Your low ferritin, vitD and B12 will be contributing to fatigue and musculoskeletal pain you may be experiencing.
