Listened to Dr Justin. Very interesting. His own site is ....justinhealth.com.

He talks a lot about the gut and how it relates to the thyroid.

We have heard it all on this great forum before, but it does refresh it in your mind how important diet is to our wellbeing.

Now, where did I put that lovely bottle of Prosecco to accompany my Fillet of Aberdeen Angus and fries later.
