Evening to all, how I cope with my weight, I now cut off eating big meals, I eat small portions of meals, go to the gym, if I did not attend a gym I do exercises at home, I try to control my stress levels, I started my tablets on high doses now I take two tablets twice a day on my day going to take some blood test again hope all will come ok, good kick to you all guys?

  • There is so much conflicting advise about what is good for us and what we should and shouldnt eat. I have come to the conclusion that its important to eat what we really enjoy in small potions at meals times. I also only allow myself fruit in between meals.
