First thing first, are you definitely fully medicated? Is your TSH below 1? is your Free T4 at the very top or just above the lab range? Is your Free T3 around the ¾ point of the lab range? Also is your B12 above 500? your vitamin D, ferritin and folate all higher in the ranges?
This is a good start, if you are deficient then hair loss will continue to happen.

Also look at what ur taking. I lost all of my eyebrows, hair on side of head and all hair on arms and legs. Did a year on levo and no improvement. After a year on Ndt I have around 25 hairs on each eyebrow plus smaller bald patches (yes!) and have had to start shaving my legs again (boo). I tried nizoral shampoo, caffeine shampoo and various others and none seemed to help. I think getting the right meds and dosages has to be the starting point
Hi Ellagrace
I was in a very similar position 3 years ago, I was thyrotoxic, with Levo. I was not converting, so I stopped taking it 6 years ago, then 3 years ago, my hair started thinning. I made an appointment to see Dr Peatfield, he diagnosed me with adrenal insufficiency. After 3 years of taking adrenal glandulars, introducing T3 this year, and taking Folate and D3, my hair is back to its original state, thick and out of control.
There could be issues With Low Vit D and Iron, have you tested for them?
Take care
