Hi Fion,
In my opinion, there is no such thing as a stupid question - only something you don't know the answer to just yet.
Yes I get cramp in bum cheeks, thighs and calf and shin and very often in soles of feet and toes - walking is painful, full stop! My cramp has reduced recently and I don't know whether that is a result of taking LevoT or improving my vitamin levels - I'm not sure that there is a way of knowing.
The thing that I have discovered on this forum is that there is a huge array of things that MAY happen to our bodies with this condition and it varies hugely between folks.
