everytime i take 150mg levo my sleep apnoea index goes up top 12ahi or 16ahi. i get palpitations and sweats too.

Does it happen on a lower dose and do you take levo a.m. or bedtime?

No apneas are low on 125 mg but start going up on 150mg strangely

Do you take levothyroxine on an empty stomach with a glass of water and wait about an hour before eating?

Interesting because my sleep apnea only kicks in when undermedicated.

One of my hypo symptoms was obstructive sleep apnea where my soft palette would drop down as I was drifting off to sleep.

When my meds are high enough it disappears.

When it reappears I know I need a dose increase.

I'm sorry you're having problems because it's very unpleasant.

That's interesting joes mum, out of interest when you had obstructive sleep apnea did you use c.pap therapy at all?
