Reliable doctor?

Hi all,

First post here. I need a reliable thyroid doctor in the London are and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? My current doctor from the Thyroid UK list and it would be great to hear other peoples' experiences. So far I've been told that waking up in the night is a result of depression. Didn't even entertain the idea that it could be adrenals or insulin resistance.

Many thanks in advance,

Christin

Welcome to the forum, Davisca9.

Do you have a thyroid diagnosis? If you post your recent thyroid results with ranges (figures in brackets after results) members will advise.

You can order private saliva cortisol tests from Genova and Blue Horizon via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin... Post the results and ranges in a new question and members will advise.
