Arugula, rT3 may prevent/reduce T3 entering receptor cells so patients will be functionally hypothyroid with hypothyroid symptoms. You can order FT3 and rT3 labs to check levels and FT3:rT3 ratio.
You will be hypo with NHS bloods showing what is considered normal.
