does any one take Ramipril 1.25 mg ,if so do you have side effects , and what time to you take it by doctor has lowered my dose ,

I taje enalapril, so it sounds a bit similar. My doctor told me to take it in the morning. You get the list of side effects on the instructions that come with the medicine.

my doctor has a lower dose of pills and told me take it tea time or bed time

Very strange indeed as I told my GP that I used to take it at bedtime and he told me that it's the wrong thing to do as you don't need the medicine during the nighr. I suppose one is not active then and maybe the blood pressure is at its lowest anyway.

I take Ramipril at bedtime. The side effect that bothers me is a dry mouth. I take other tablets too so they may be the cause. The dryness goes into my throat too and I have to have a glass of water atmy bedside .

Hi I used to take 2.5mg ,I take them in morning at breakfast ,by lunch time ,I spent all afternoon in bed asleep ,very bad moods , so now taking 1.25 ,first pill last night ,best night sleep ever, bloods next wed ,back to doctor 8 sept,

I've checked my Ramipril tablets and they're 5 ml strength.
